Shelley As founder, Chairman and Managing Member, Roger
Shelley provides more than 35 years of senior level corporate development
and capital formation experience to the firm’s selective base of clients. As
Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Investor Relations at Revlon, Inc.,
and President of the Revlon Foundation, he served as chief spokesman to the
investor community, including institutions; media; and industry trade
groups. He participated in the acquisition of health care companies with
sales in excess of $1 billion at Revlon. Today,
Mr. Shelley is a frequent lecturer, mentor and "coach" to students studying at
the Thomas C. Page Center for Entrepreneurship at the Richard T. Farmer School
of Business Administration at Miami University (Ohio). He was elected and named
an Entrepreneurial Fellow of the Page Center in 2003. Further, Mr. Shelley is
a former Director of the Fashion Institute of Technology Educational Foundation
and a Member of the Dean's (William Seidman) Council at the W.P. Carey School of
Business at Arizona State University. |

Jonathan H. Appel
Jonathan H. Appel
brings more than 25 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer. He has served
a variety of firms as their CFO and Controller with demonstrated capabilities
for planning, budgeting and forecasting. He has been proven to be able to cut
costs, control expenses and serve in a wide variety of corporate staff
functions, including Human Resources and Information Technology. He holds a
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the State University of New York and two
Master’s Degrees from Pace University.
Richard
Berrebbi Prior to joining The Shelley Group, Richard Berrebbi
spent seven years as a partner in an international consulting company working
with sales and technology companies. After a tour of duty with The Chase Manhattan Bank
he started an equity hedge fund. Prior to his consulting career, he was Director
of Marketing USA for a European company’s US launch.
Joseph Latino
Joseph Latino has more than 20 years of progressive academic, R & D, clinical,
and regulatory experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical
device industries. His range of expertise spans pre-clinical and clinical
research design and implementation; intellectual property development; and IDE/IND
preparation and submission. Trained as a biochemist, Joseph has worked with more than
15 universities, private and public sector companies and has been an external
consultant to both U.S. and Canadian federal agencies. |  |
